Balsamic Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
8 lamb chops (loin or rib)

Instructions

Heat the grill or BBQ. Prepare the baste by combining the vinegar, honey and rosemary. Cook the chops for 2 minutes each side, then brush with the baste and cook a further 7-11 minutes each side or until an instant read thermometer reads 145 °F for medium rare, basting liberally.

Serve with steamed vegetables of your choice (green beans, carrots, etc.)
